Package 1 has limited content which includes gym workouts, home workouts, nutritional recipes and calorie calculator. Package 2 offers British Sign Language on selected workouts, audio for you to hear my voice every step of the way , gym workouts, home workouts, classes, nutritional recipes and calorie calculator.
TFOC packages are designed for all women over 18. Anyone with any concerns about existing conditions or injuries is welcome to get in touch via our contact form, to ask any questions!
Yes, you can upgrade from Package 1 to Package 2 by visiting the setting in my account.
You can sign up and after your 7 day free trial you can cancel any time!
